  • We reserve the right to refuse orders in case of fraud or pricing errors

4. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are considered valid upon receiving our confirmation email
  • Payment via Stripe (credit cards) or PayPal
  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours; production may begin after that
  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun

5. Intellectual Property

All website content (images, text, designs, logo) is copyrighted by bitcraftart. Copying or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

Anime/pop culture lamps are inspired by copyrighted works — these are fan art products, not official merchandise of the original copyright holders.

6. Custom Orders

  • Custom orders are confirmed after you approve the design and complete payment
  • Custom products are final sale, no refunds except for manufacturing defects
  • Custom production time: 7-14 business days

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect damages

These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. All disputes will be resolved as follows:

  • First: Direct negotiation between parties via email
  • Second: Mediation
  • Last resort: Competent court in Vietnam
