Every product at bitcraftart is handcrafted with genuine care and attention. For this reason, our refund policy differs from mass-market shops — please read carefully before placing your order.
1. When We Offer Refunds
We refund or replace products in the following cases:
✅ Product arrived damaged
- Damage during shipping (broken resin, broken base, LED not working)
- Reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of the product and packaging
✅ Manufacturing defect
- Resin has large bubbles, flowers turned brown, clear difference from product photos
- Reported within 14 days of delivery
✅ Wrong item shipped (our error)
- We shipped a different product than ordered
- Reported within 14 days
2. When We CAN’T Offer Refunds
❌ Change of mind / “Not what I expected” Because products are handmade and shipped internationally, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Please carefully review product photos, descriptions, and sizes before ordering.
❌ Custom Orders Custom orders are made specifically for you and cannot be resold — no returns/refunds except for damage or manufacturing defects.
❌ Reports after the deadline
- After 48 hours for damage
- After 14 days for defects
❌ Damage caused by user Product dropped, impacted, or exposed to high heat after receiving.
❌ Customs delays Import duties, customs fees, or delays caused by your country’s customs authority are not our responsibility.
3. Refund Process
Step 1: Email [info@bitcraftart.com] with:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of product and packaging (if damaged)
Step 2: We confirm within 1-2 business days
Step 3: Depending on the case:
- Send a replacement product (free shipping)
- Full 100% refund to original payment method
- Repair if possible
Step 4: Refund processed within 5-10 business days after confirmation. Time to receive funds depends on your bank/PayPal.
4. Return Shipping
If physical return is needed:
- If our fault: we cover return shipping costs
- Other reasons: customer covers return shipping (not recommended due to high costs)
In most cases, we won’t require you to return the item — photos are usually enough to process.
5. Partial Refunds
Some cases qualify for partial refunds:
- Product has minor defects that don’t significantly affect use
- Customer agrees to keep the item with a negotiated discount
6. Order Cancellations
- Standard orders: Can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase → full refund
- Custom orders: Can be cancelled before we confirm the design → full refund
- After production starts: Cannot be cancelled
