Every message here reaches the same small team that pours, sands and packs the lamps. Not a call centre, not a chatbot — one of us reads it and one of us writes back, usually within 24 hours.
We work from Hanoi, Vietnam (GMT+7). If you write in the evening US time, expect a reply while you sleep.

The fastest way to reach us is info@bitcraftart.com. It’s the right address for every kind of question — orders, custom projects, shipping, wholesale, press, or anything else.
If your message is about an existing order, please include your order number in the subject line. It saves us a round trip and gets you a useful answer instead of a “could you tell us which order?” reply.
You don’t need to write much, but a few details help us give you a real answer on the first reply rather than the third:
- For order questions — your order number and the email you used at checkout.
- For custom projects — what you’d like made, roughly what size, and when you need it. Reference photos help enormously, even rough phone snaps.
- For a damaged delivery — photos of both the lamp and the packaging it arrived in, sent within 48 hours of delivery.
- For wholesale or stockist enquiries — your shop name, location, and rough quantities you have in mind.
Custom orders
We take on custom work: a preserved wedding bouquet, a pet’s portrait, a character from a game that nobody else is casting. Most custom pieces take 3 to 4 weeks from approved design to shipped parcel, and we’ll tell you honestly if what you’re asking for isn’t something we can do well.
There’s no form for this one — just email info@bitcraftart.com with your idea and any reference images, and we’ll come back with what’s possible and what it would cost.
Before you write
A few things come up often enough that the answer may already be waiting for you:
- Where’s my order? — tracking is emailed the moment your parcel leaves the workshop. You can also check our order tracking page.
- How long does production and delivery take? — most lamps ship in 7 to 10 business days, custom pieces take 3 to 4 weeks. Rates and transit times are on our shipping information page.
- Can I return it, or was it damaged in transit? — see our refund policy.
- Anything about your data or our terms — our privacy policy and terms of service cover it.
