At bitcraftart, every lamp is handcrafted to order in our small workshop in Hanoi, Vietnam, then shipped with care to your door. Here’s everything you need to know about how, when, and where we ship.
Shipping Rates
We use simple flat-rate shipping. Add more lamps to one order and save per item.

All prices in USD. Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
Processing Time
Each lamp is made to order — we don’t keep pre-made inventory sitting on a shelf. Standard processing time is 5–7 business days before your order ships.
Custom orders, pieces using freshly preserved flowers, or designs with complex burl wood frames may take 14–21 business days. We’ll always communicate the timeline upfront so you know exactly when to expect your shipment.
Shipping Carriers & Tracking
We work with trusted international carriers to deliver your lamp safely:
- United States: USPS Priority International
- Canada: USPS / Canada Post handoff
- United Kingdom & EU: Royal Mail
- Australia & New Zealand: Australia Post
- Other regions: Vietnam Post EMS or DHL (where available)
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also check your order status anytime through our Track Order page.

International Customs & Duties
Our shipping costs cover postage only. Customers outside Vietnam are responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees charged by their country.
We declare each lamp accurately and honestly on customs forms to comply with international shipping regulations.
If you’d like an estimate of likely customs charges for your country before ordering, we’re happy to help — just reach out.
Shipping Address & Order Changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update your address if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once a lamp enters production or ships, we cannot change the destination.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged Packages
We pack every lamp with multiple layers of protection, but accidents in transit can occasionally happen. If your lamp arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging
- Email us at info@bitcraftart.com within 48 hours of delivery
- We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund per our Refund Policy
Please keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no updates for 30+ days after shipping, please contact us. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
For packages marked “delivered” but not received, we recommend:
- Check with neighbors, doormen, or building management
- Contact your local postal service with the tracking number
- Let us know — we’ll help you escalate the search if needed
A Note on Handmade Shipping
Because every lamp is made by hand and shipped individually from Vietnam, we can’t always match the speed of mass-market retailers. What we offer instead is a piece you won’t find anywhere else, packed with care by the people who made it.
